1.- OWNERSHIP OF THE WEBSITE

COVERSPOOL, with registered office at Calle Cottolengo 25 (03690 San Vicente del Raspeig), is the owner of the website https://www.coverspool.com/ (hereinafter, the website), making it available to Internet users to provide information about the services offered by the company and the brands it markets.

2.- GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE AND ACCEPTANCE

These general conditions of use of the website, along with any specific conditions that may be established, aim to regulate and inform users about the brands marketed by COVERSPOOL and the regulation of the use of the website.

Navigating and using the services of the website implies the acceptance as a User, without any reservations of any kind, of all the general conditions of use, the general contracting conditions if any, and any other that may exist in relation to the provision of services by COVERSPOOL.

COVERSPOOL may, at any time and without prior notice, modify these general conditions and any specific conditions included by publishing said modifications on the website to ensure they are known in advance by users. Any change that occurs will be communicated on the main page of the website for a reasonable period.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE

1.- USER CONSENT AND SENDING OF COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS BY ELECTRONIC MEANS (ART. 22 LAW 34/2002 ON INFORMATION SOCIETY SERVICES AND E-COMMERCE):

COVERSPOOL may send commercial communications by any means, fully respecting the applicable data protection legislation. For commercial communications made via email and equivalent means in compliance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and E-commerce, the User’s consent will be duly obtained at the time of collecting the relevant data. If you wish to oppose the sending of electronic communications, you may exercise your right to object at the time of data collection by indicating it in the email itself. Furthermore, if you wish to revoke such consent at any time for receiving advertising or promotional information via email, it will be sufficient to notify COVERSPOOL. During the data collection process, and in the place on the website where the data is requested, the User will be appropriately informed through a hyperlink or by including the information in the form about the mandatory or non-mandatory nature of data collection for the provision of services as well as their rights.

2.- INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY.

3.- COVERSPOOL’S RESPONSIBILITY.

The User acknowledges and accepts that the use of the website and its services is done at their own risk.

COVERSPOOL will only be liable for damages that the User may suffer as a result of using the website when such damages are attributable to a fraudulent act of COVERSPOOL. However, it declares that it has taken all necessary measures, within its possibilities and the state of technology, to ensure the operation of the website and to avoid the existence and transmission of viruses and other components that may harm the User.

4.- USER OBLIGATIONS

The User agrees to use the content of the website diligently, correctly, and lawfully and undertakes to refrain from:

COVERSPOOL complies with the current regulations established in Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data, LOPD, and other legislation that develops it.
